Jo Watermeyer

After 30 years specialising in aligning people strategies with business goals, driving organizational effectiveness, and developing and transforming leadership capability, culture, and performance across multiple global regions and sectors, I set up Aqua People Consulting after relocating from London.

APC aims to support clients who need external support to enhance their people strategies, especially during change, growth, or challenging periods.

APC also supports leaders at all levels who seek to align their teams with broader business objectives, improve performance, and foster a thriving organisational culture.
